Thank you for shopping with us at Body by WineFine. We hope that you are pleased with your purchase(s). In the event that you are not, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt that are in original condition. To start the process, an email with your  *Name, *Order number , & * Reason for return, should be sent to info@bodybywinefine.com.  Returns are to be shipped  within 7 days of purchase. Once items are returned, you will be entitled to a store credit. We do NOT issue refunds or exchanges. 

We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition.  Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor.  

We can offer a store credit (excluding cost of delivery) and request that you return the item(s). Please ensure all return packages are sent with a tracking number with proof of postage. Please allow up 3-5 business days from the time your items are received, to finish  your return process.  Any items  returned to us outside of this time period we will not honored and the items will be returned to you. Absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or store credit on lingerie or bodysuits. We look forward to snatching you.
